• Our Warehouse is based in Sydenham, Christchurch CAN
• NOTE: Most of the Orders are Dispatched from our CHC Warehouse on Same/Next Business Day, & Delivered across NZ within 2-7 Business Days.
• However, transit times can get extended uncertainly due to current Congestion & Disruption in Domestic Freight/Courier Networks.
• We do not promise Delivery on a particular date or time. It totally depends upon the Logistics Partner's Supply CHain Network.
• Smaller/lighter parcels are shipped via Castle Parcel or NZ/Courier Post
• Heavy/bulky freight is shipped via Owens Transport(Mainfreight) or Bascik Transport
• At Checkout our website will show you FREE SHIPPING or Shipping Charges based on the product(s) and their relevant quantity added to the Shopping Cart. For certain products, Shipping charges are advised after order has been placed depending upon the delivery address and the cubic dimensions of the overall Purchase Order.
